4 CBC Toasted Onion Rolls

12 ounces oven roasted turkey breast

1/2 cup prepared hummus

2/3 cup roasted red pepper strips

1 jar (12 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, halved lengthwise

1/2 cup (about 6 thin slices)
red onion

1/2 cup (pitted, halved) Kalamata olives

1 cup baby spinach leaves



  1. In a Spread hummus evenly over bottom buns.

  2. Layer evenly with hummus, red peppers, olives, artichokes, turkey breast, onion, and spinach.

  3. Top sandwich with bun top and serve.
